安全阀简介说明
安全阀是承压设备、容器和管路上的最佳超压保护装置，当介质压力升高超过允许值时，安全阀自动开启，继而全量（或微量）排放，防止压力继续升高，当压力降低至规定值时，安全阀及时自动关闭。
安全阀设计、制造、验收技术标准符合GB/T12243-2005的要求。
封闭式安全阀的阀盖是封闭的，利于防止灰尘和杂物侵入，及防止有毒或易燃介质溢出；开放式安全阀由于阀盖敞开，利于降低弹簧腔室的温度，主要用于蒸汽介质管道及容器，带散热器安全阀主要适用于介质温度超过350℃的工况。
带扳手弹簧式安全阀当介质压力达到开启压力的75％以上时，能利用扳手手动开启。
全启式安全阀开启高度≥1/4流道直径，排放量大，微启式安全阀开启高度为1/20 ～1/40流道直径。
Brief Description Of Safety Valve

Full Kai type safety valve opening height is greater than or equal to 1 / 4 runner diameter, emissions from large, enlight type safety valve opening height is 1 / 20 to 40 runner diameter.

3、商定项目：交货期、及其他特殊要求等事宜。
◆ 唐工·阀门 产品订货须知：
1、客户如对阀门及其他产品有特殊要求，须在订货合同明确说明（比如：材料要求、结构、长度、连接方式、
全径或者缩径、管道尺寸、介质温度、压力范围、检验与试验标准及包装要求等）。
2、本厂可根据客户特定要求进行各类选配。
3、如客户提供特殊阀门及其它产品型号，须正确说明其型号含义。
4、付款须知：
省外货运，款到发货；如需订货事宜，需预付30％定金到公司账户；余款于，发货时结清。以便我司及时安排发货。
省内货运，可快递或货运代收款项；如需订货事宜，需预付50％定金到公司账户；余款可快递或货运代收。
5、交货方式：快递、物流、空运、船运等。可具体商定，根据实际情况代办合适的运输货运事宜。
（如需办理出口事宜，需提供到港唛头、货物入库通知书等材料。制作出口专用木箱。）
