（1）BX44W-16P不锈钢保温旋塞阀开关操作困难
BX44W-16P不锈钢保温旋塞阀操作困难并非旋塞和阀体配合过紧，而是旋塞表面严重缺少密封脂，导致旋塞表面失去润滑。此时应一边加注密封脂，一边开关阀门，会发现开度越来越大，例如开始只能打开50度，BX44W-16P不锈钢保温旋塞阀来回两三次逐渐可以90度正常开关。完全正常操作之后，再继续加注一些密封脂巩固，保证旋塞表面充分润滑。在正常注脂的情况下，不会出现此类情况。

1) BX44W-16P不锈钢保温旋塞阀表面密封脂不足，应加入密封脂保证旋塞表面密封脂的充分分布即可迅速解决。
